​"Staff Sgt. Kerry McGuire, 42nd Security Forces Squadron non-commission officer in charge of Physical and Electronic Security, won the Elizabeth N. Jacobson Award for Expeditionary Excellence. 
Staff Sgt. McGuire was deployed to an undisclosed location in Southeast Asia, where he secured 30 off-site patrol missions, evaluated a 48 kilometer base security zone, trained 54 augmentees and was the first on-scene during an accident. During his deployment he worked on strengthening alliances working closely alongside Coalition Forces all while prioritizing the physical and emotional wellbeing of his fellow Airmen."

April 10, 2007
"SrA James Dixon was assigned to the Security Forces Squadron at Hill AFB, UT but demonstrated his expeditionary excellence while deployed to Iraq. While deployed to Baghdad he provided law and order for 30,000 Iraqi government officials and Coalition Forces. He was he first on scene to a burning apartment and led the evacuation of 150 Iraqi's. 
He was also the first on scene to 15 rocket/mortar attacks, evacuating the impact area and shielding 300 people from danger. As you can see SrA Dixon is certainly worthy of receiving he Expeditionary Excellence Award named in Elizabeth's honor."
